Adding bonuses to payroll

PROBLEM

The payroll department adds a bonus for employees who buy discounted goods within the company's retail chain. The discount is reflected in their pay and in official reports. Today this is a demanding manual process: accountants work through the source data from each store by hand and enter the purchase values, which often leads to errors.

SOLUTION

BitSwan automated the whole process into a single automated system that receives a table of each employee's purchases along with a table of their base pay. Its Python algorithm calculates the final pay for every employee and imports the result into the payroll system.
