An international accounting firm provides accounting, tax, and advisory services to hundreds of clients. Every month, managers had to prepare the billing data by hand — looking up the work performed, assigning it to individual staff members, and calculating prices according to each contract. The process was extremely demanding and error-prone.
SOLUTION
We deployed two BitSwan automated systems: the first reads the contract parameters — types of work, rates, and price lists — and converts them into a clear reference table. The second, connected to the work-logging system, automatically generates invoices for each client.
