PROBLEM
The back office of an investment company has to calculate the fees a customer pays when selling their asset. The fees are based on the parameters of the signed contracts, and calculating them by hand was slow and error-prone — and it was holding up the sales department.
SOLUTION
BitSwan used two automated systems: the first used an AI agent to read through all the contracts and build the formulas for calculating the fees. The second applies those formulas to calculate the fee, which now takes just seconds.
